Twelve short sets. About eight to twelve minutes.
Every question counts. Sixty of your hundred questions are picked from your own answers. You can stop any time and come back.
- Free, and it stays free. There is nothing to pay at the end. There is no upsell — nothing extra to buy, ever.
- No account, no email, no name. We ask you one thing about yourself, and it is not who you are. We ask your age. An age is not a name, and it cannot be used to find you. We keep it with your answers and nowhere else.
- You have to be 16 or older. That is why we ask, and your age is the one thing here you cannot skip. If you are under 16 we say no before the first question, not after the last one. We want the number of years and nothing else. Not your birthday. Not the year you were born.
- Twelve sets is the promise. The minutes are an estimate. The form is a fixed length. The count on screen never grows, so twelve is a number we can keep. The time is not. There are 100 questions. Every one of them is scored. After the first set, you pick which of five short lines is most like you, and which is least. Four cards are spread through the sets. Each asks one plain thing about you: how you get your energy back, a free Saturday, a good work day, and how you like to be shown care. You pick one, or none. They are not scored. Near the end there is one short thing we ask you to write. You can skip it. How long those take is up to you. Once enough people have finished, we will swap this estimate for what really happened.
- You get a code at the end. That code is how you come back to your report. You can add an email then if you want a copy. You never have to.
- You can stop and come back. Your answers save as you go, on this device and in this browser.
How to answer
Describe yourself as you generally are now. Not the way you wish you were. Not the way other people see you. Be honest rather than careful. There are no good or bad answers here, and your first answer is often the closest to true.
Every question has its own five answers, written for it. They always run from not me to that's me, so the scale never changes. Pick the one that fits.
Underneath, every answer stands for one of five fixed steps, from “Very Inaccurate” to “Very Accurate”. Accurate means true of you. Inaccurate means not true of you. We cannot change those steps. The numbers behind them come from that exact wording. Each set starts with a short reminder of the five steps.
The rest is you. Where you put yourself, the four cards, and the one thing you write. Those cannot carry a range, and none of them is scored.
Press 1 to 5 on your keyboard if you prefer. The Backspace key changes your last answer. Esc pauses.
We record how long each answer takes. It's how we spot pages that were rushed. It's never part of your result.
Paused
You stopped part way through.
Your answers are saved. Come back to this browser whenever you like and carry on from here.
That is everything.
Your report is ready. This code is how you open it, now or later.
We keep it with this report and nowhere else. It lets us send you a copy, and it lets you get your code back. We never ask for your name. The only other thing we ask for is your age, and it stays with your answers.
