What we collect

During this early-access launch, Knoi collects the email address you enter, the time you consent and join, and a broad source such as direct, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, or a shared link.

This launch website does not collect personality answers, health information, trauma history, relationship reports, payment information, or precise location.

How we use it

We use your email address only to send Knoi launch and early-access updates, understand which broad signup sources are useful, protect the form from abuse, and operate the website.

We do not sell your email address or use it for advertising profiles.

Storage and retention

Signup records are stored on Knoi’s server and restricted to the people operating the launch. We keep the record while early access is active or until you ask us to delete it. Essential server logs may temporarily record technical information needed for security and reliability.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from any update using the link in that message. To request access to or delete your early-access record, email privacy@knoi.me from the address you joined with.

Future assessments

This policy describes the launch waitlist only. Before Knoi collects assessment or relationship information, we will provide specific choices and an updated policy explaining what is collected, why, and how it can be deleted.
